Your responsibilities:

Taking care of office supplies, foodstuffs, marketing materials
Handling postal and courier services
Caring for the appearance of the office space
Cooperation with the office manager
Completing and coordinating the circulation of documents
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor and management

Our expectations:

English language at a minimum B2 level - free spoken and written business communication
Highly developed communication skills and ability to build relationships
Ability to work under time pressure
Resistance to stress
Accuracy and regularity
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
Willingness to work stationary from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
