We are currently looking for a motivated, ambitious, and presentable individual to support the Management Board in business analysis and as an Executive Assistant. This position combines the roles of a Business Analyst and Executive Assistant. The person in this role will be the right hand of the Board, assisting with daily organizational and administrative tasks. They will participate in important business meetings and be responsible for conducting analyses and preparing reports. Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting the management in improving business processes and operational procedures
  • Analyzing business data to identify trends and patterns
  • Preparing reports and presentations for the management team
  • Assessing new business development opportunities, including the introduction of new products
  • Planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, and business and private trips for the CEO
  • Monitoring and updating the management’s schedule
  • Preparing agendas and materials for meetings
  • Taking meeting notes and overseeing the implementation of decisions
  • Attending business meetings in Poland and abroad
  • Handling internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Board
  • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
  • Creating reports, presentations, analyses, and other documents for the Board
  • Managing Board documentation
  • Collecting, processing, and analyzing data necessary for decision-making
  • Ensuring discretion and protecting confidential information

Our expectations:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a role supporting senior management as a business analyst
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1)
  • University degree in management, economics, or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly developed organizational and interpersonal skills
