The Commercial Director plays a key role in creating and developing sales on the markets of the DACH region. We are looking for a person who has extensive contacts in the raw materials industry, as well as experience in introducing new brands and products to the market. This is an independent, responsible position, you will build your effective sales department.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create and develop sales strategies in the DACH region
  • Building, motivating and managing the sales team
  • Preparation of sales offers
  • Establishing and maintaining good customer relations
  • Conducting sales negotiations
  • Execution of sales plans and reporting on current activities
  • Monitoring, analysis of sales, available market data and competitive activities
  • Planning and development of sales strategies
  • Representing the company in customer relations and business meetings
  • Cooperation with other departments in the company

Our expectations:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an industry related to trading of exchange-traded products - prerequisite
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Proven sales success with mass market exchange products
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building, managing sales team
  • Knowledge of the EU natural resources market - prerequisite
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own work effectively
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills
  • Valid B driving licence and willingness to travel

Languages:

  • English C1 knowledge that will allow you to communicate on business matters on a daily basis
